Family Shots!

We took these pictures just playing around the other day. We were waiting on some friends to go to dinner and what better way to pass the time! Owen turned 5 months old so I had already taken a couple of those!

5 Months!!

Our baby boy is already 5 months old! Owen is the happiest baby I have ever seen! His smile will brighten even the worst day. He is growing like a weed. We wont go back to the doctor until he turns 6 months so I can't wait to see how much he weighs then! Owen just started rolling over this past Saturday. (July 17th) He has NEVER enjoyed being on his belly so now when he is ready to get off his belly he can do it all by himself! He isn't yet rolling over from his back to tummy yet; were almost there though! We really thought he would have a tooth by now judging on the amount of drooling he can produce; but none as of yet. When Owen turned 5 months and 1 day we started him on baby food. We have yet to find a food that Owen doesn't like! So far we have tried squash, sweet potatoes, green beans, bananas, and peaches. He loves them all!

I am so thankful for Owen! He is the apple of my eye and I don't know what in the world we would do with out him! He is a Mommy & Daddy's baby for sure; which we certainly don't mind!

The New Boat!!

Me, Stephen, & Owen went over to the Marina to see what had been done to the boat. Stephen is SO ready to get to work on his new boat! As you'll see it is getting a brand new cabin! Daddy & Owen sitting at what will be the table in the cabin!

July 4th

Since Owen is still quite young on his first July 4th, Stephen & I decided not to venture out far. Owen isn't much of a sleeper but he does best if he goes to bed when he is tired which is about 8:30. So, we drove down the road to the pier to watch the fireworks. Owen was more into the bottle that we took along with us than the fireworks!

High Chair Fun!

A couple of weeks ago Stephen and I pulled out the high chair from the closet to let Owen try it out! He is quite a fan!! He looks like such a big boy in it... Mommy feeding Owen his cereal!

Fun in the Pool!!

This year the only pool that we have is the baby pool. But, that doesn't seem to bother the boys at all. We put it on the porch last week and they enjoyed themselves quite a bit!
